Nadiran male of noble birth

This is Thoran Thayd'run. His wide-set, almond-shaped eyes are a common feature of his noble house - s'Vareni.
The Nadiran government under the new Prefect is going through serious reforms - Tholan is a first for his people: a layman who is a career lawyer. There previously were no 'lawyers', as seeing to the letter of the law was, in previous times, strictly a religious task.

Perhaps that isn't an improvement...?
