As of 2010, I no longer use stock and resources from DeviantArt due to the restrictions on most of the work (most is "for personal use only").

I also don't use work which requires a model release, if I can help it.

If I am using something from Deviant or that has a restriction, it's most likely either RPG art or practice work.

All of my derivative work exclusively comes from royalty-free unrestricted resources and/or those which are in the public domain.

I get most of this from Dover Publications, Flickr Commons, Stock.Xchg (sxc.hu) and MorgueFile, and brushes used in any piece created as of 2010 are from a repository specified as royalty free (Smashing Magazine has an excellent collection of these). If it's not from one of these, then I probably created it myself.

If you see something in my work that you created or a picture that you posed for, that either 1) requires a model release or 2) was never meant to be royalty-free commercial use stock or brushes or other, then please let me know so that 1) I can give you proper credit, 2) I won't sell anything made with it, and 3) we can kick someone's butt together, because it wasn't supposed to be where I found it.
